Q: Why are you only shipping within the US and Canada?
A: At this time, I run my shop alone while also working a full time job. It is difficult for me to keep up with and remain compliant with all the different requirements set forth by other countries in order to ship there. While Etsy was able to help me with things like customs and paying/remitting VAT, I do not have that advantage while using this shop. I apologize for any inconvenience but I really appreciate your understanding!
Q: When will my order ship?
A: I am usually at work from Tuesday-Saturday depending on the week, so I try my best to get the week's orders packaged and shipped out every Monday. Once the package arrives at USPS, however, it usually takes 3-5 days to be delivered! Thanks for your understanding and patience. For blankets, please note that they are woven on demand by a company in North Carolina and can take up to 2 weeks to be produced once you place your order!
Q: How do I apply the discount?
A: If I am running a sale, I will have announced the discount code associated with the sale. Please use this code at the time of checkout to take full advantage!
Q: How do I wash my tapestry blanket?
A: Hand wash in cool water using a mild detergent or machine wash on gentle cycle separately. Dry on cool cycle.
